Thread: Getting stats for Soho site

Is it possible to acess all the stats in C-panel for thegemlovers.com At present I can only access stats for my root store dinkydi.info Ones on the Soho forum say I should be able to access the stats info for the gemstore even if it isn't the root account. Is that correct?

Well yes and no.. It depends on the server you are on and the version of cpanel installed. The newer sites dont have stats for subdomains.

Would it be worthwhile buying the plug-in for the google stats? Does that give you the stats for non-google stuff too?
I've put code into my two BV sites to get the stats info; but I'm not real confident doing that with the Soho site, I can put html into a text element, but code is supposed to go into a page html, so I'm a bit confused with Soho, particularly as a number of my pages have products to the bottom of the page so I can't easily add a text element to the bottom.

I have the google addon.. it gives me the stats in google analytics if thats what you mean? Not sure what you are looking for exactly. You could do it yourself by putting it in the template footer if youre feeling froggy.
