Thread: can't get to soho.admin

I have had my account reset; I have deleted the image folder in blue voda; I have submitted tickets for help and still I can not access soho.adom site to get started. I am very frustrated; all tickets have been closed and I do not yet have problem resolved.
first question...what does reset involve?
my domain name is in process of being transferred; is this the problem?
I was working in blue voda ok with my domain name, but now does it go to an actual www.mydomain site; or do I need to re-register to get to soho launch ???
I would like some help on this, since I was having problems getting into cpanel on blue voda before account was reset. I think that I am missing some basic fact..
