Thread: How to use SoHo website builder

I am a member of vodahost
I cannot figure how to get soho website builder. I have BlueVoda site builder and when I watch the tutorial for soho and click get started it takes me to a page to join again. I am a client already I just want to access soho. When I type in http://www.mydomainname.com/sohoadmin I get an error.
Not even sure what would happen if I get as far as logging in user name and password as I do not have one for soho. Maybe I need to download soho but I do not see where without paying again. Please help.

You have to go to cpanel, fantastico and install soho. You dont download it. Soho requires a CLEAN DOMAIN or a subdomain. You have to create this addon or subdomain in CPANEL You cant just make a folder . You need to watch this tutorial

bv tutorials wont help unless you use the cpanel ones. When you go to fantastico to install soho, you create the user name and the password to access it.

I was building my site in Soho and clicked on the wizard and noticed there were updates. I installed the update called stable.

Now when I try to edit my pages it says page loading but it never loads. I have waited up to 30 minutes and no luck.

I can go back to the menu but I can't go forward to build the site.

How do I fix it.

I have submited a ticket but I need a response ASAP.

Click the help tab .. yellow question mark Icon, second tab and run the fix my permissions script. Also go thru the other ones there. Reapply latest update etc.
