Thread: Can't find SohoLaunch

I'm having a problem with SohoLaunch on my site http://laycentral.co.uk

I moved various bits'n'bobs via the cpanel, including SohoLaunch.

When I click on the SITE URL I get a php webpage, not Soho.

When I click on the TEMPORARY URL I'm unable to login.

When I click on Webmail I can't login.

I'm unable to access SohoLaunch and begin building a website. I used Fantastico to install it into the correct directory, have uninstalled it and reinstalled it, but still have the same problems. I've obviously done something wrong and can't suss it.

You didnt uninstall this phpwebpage first tho.. and you must have installed soho in some OTHER directory.

Put in a support ticket for an account reset and ask them to install the soho for you
