Default soho fonts and unwanted changes

I am using soho to layout my pages. I do the original text on ms word and set font styles, sizes, and features etc on word then copy and past to soho pages.
They look like I want them to look when I am on the edit pages but when I view them on line the font styles and sizes change. There is no consitency to the changes so I have a hard time fiuring this out.
FYI, Everything was set in times new roman style.
What am I doing wrong folks?
    Thanks
    Ron

Your problem is using ms word to set font styles and sizes etc. its the worlds worst thing to render html code. It also includes the word processing characters that make most ture html readers go bonkers. Copy and paste your stuff from word to notepad. Then copy from notepad to the html editor in soho and see if that doesnt clear your stuff up.

You could save the docs as .txt files and upload them as a custom include instead of text box and see if that helps to stabilize it.. but i wouldnt hold my breath.

Personally id strip the formatting totally out in note pad .. just copy the text and reformat in soho..it has a FULL functioning editor for this purpose

I don't know about Soho, but I write in Word, spell check, then strip out all the hidden formatting code by opening and saving in Notepad, just as Karen suggested. You then format in Soho.
