*i want to add page to my website to sell phones software flashes.
after my client pay via paypal they get permission to download
the software from my page.

* some flashes pass 10 MB.
* i am using soholaunch.
how to do it....please step by step.

any help.

In soholaunch.. in the shopping cart when you add a product.. advanced tab.. you tick the box that says.. allow download of this file after purchase.

You can use the file manager to upload your files in soho or you can ftp them up

Hi... i tried to upload some files.
some of them more than 10 MB.
i can not upload any file through ( file manager tab).
the reson is as it is appearing:

which format is accepted?
do i need to pay for more 1 MB uploaded?

well that refers to the filename extension.. what kind of file is it?

Thats the issue.. you have something .300 thats not a vaild file extension for most things. It should be something like .pdf, or zip it to a zip file

thats good point.....i tried to upload one file with( rar.exe) it is accepted.
but when i check where is the file stored (in file menager)...actually
not exist even the uploading is successfull.
any help......is it the problem with(rar .exe) or file size????

You need to use the SOHO file manager.. not cpanel. Soho will upload it to the correct folder for you.. you have several folders that uploads are sorted into.. images, files and media.. if you dont know where they are in the server and upload to the wrong location of course you arent going to find it.

i follow exactly tuturial(video) .after download is completed
when going back to desired folder ...nothing found.
checking all other folder....nothing found.
is there any limit for download in soho ?
size of download is 10 MB.... size is the problem?

Size can be the problem. Im not sure what the php.ini file limits the size to.. i think default is 2.5 mb. Put in a support ticket and ask them what you are limited to. This wouldnt necessarily be a soho limit.. but a hosting limit. See terms of service for what you are allowed to host.

What folder are you going back to? If you got NO errors during the upload the file is most likely there.. the question again is.. how are you uploading and to what folder.

ok... there is no error when upload file but it does not show (success) as normal.
i send support ticket for soholoaunch( waiting for answer).

all files i want to upload are the same as:
Name :RM-340-v05.22
size: 10.7MB
type: text/x-generic
i got these information through upload file (via cpanel)
it saved in your server with these information.
i made trial it is ok.
how to find the correct folder for such these files in soholounch?

ok....i think ....finally idid it ....i can now sell (software)...my client can download the software after they pay via paypal.
there is one ***** (software) -for example- for sell.
more softwares will added in future.
