Thread: Cannot complete ordering/paying on site - SOHO SITE

This is the email I received from one of my customers, who would like to be able to order online.

"It does let you put in your new customer information and then it still goes right to the comment page and won't let you checkout. I tried it at 12:35 this afternoon."
also: "Hi again,I tried again. It would let me set up as a new

I have no idea what I need to do to finish my site so it is operable. Please help me, I am getting very frustrated with this.

You will need to post your website url, and specifically an order page so that we may see where the process fails ..

Well.. if you are trying to take credit cards and dont have the ssl installed it might do this...you have to set the path to ssl to accept them. Otherwise you just have to use paypal.

In order to process cc in addition to dedicated ip and ssl.. you will also need a compatible credit card processor and merchant bank.

If all of this is in place.. then please post your url so i can look at it.. doesnt even have to be the order page.. just your site will do.
