Thread: Soholaunch Program - Help -

Hi,

I am having a few problems with Soholaunch, it started yesterday evening.

When I want to add a photo or go to the HTML code part in any of my pages the box does not appear to load. However when I click back and go to the edit pages part, the box appears there instead.

Is this just a program error that will fix itself or have I done something to change this?

Make sure you are using the latest version.. webmasters icon.. update software. Make sure also you are runningt he latest java platform on your computer.

Hi Karen,

I have done this now and it is still not working properly. The Box is still being hidden under the page I want to edit.

I have submitted a ticket with Blue Voda and they have passed it onto Soholaunch so will just have to wait for a reply.

Have you got any other code running on that page.. or is this for ALL pages?

Ive seen this occur repeatedly with banners that are javascripted. It interferes with they editor. Its always best if you are going to run multiple codes on a page to do it with a custom include... very easy to do.. copy and paste your code to notepad, save as whatever.inc or html or php or whatever. drag the custom code box to your page.. upload the custom code you made in note pad, then choose it from the drop down and place on the page. This makes any scripting run externally

Hi Ya,

I have a 'Welcome To Euro-Ad' logo...Which I created on the internet.

Could it be this that is causing problems?

I cant think of anything else?

Yes.. it most likely can depending on how its scripted.. where do you have it inserted? Easiest way to tell is to remove it from the page.. save.. and then try your text editor...see if it solves the issue.

It was the clock I had on the page...deleted it and all is working now!
