Thread: Delete images

Hi i need help!!
I'm deleting images from my web page that i dont need, im going to files, images and select the images that i want to delete and when i click to update the images continued on the images folder. why is not deleing the images.

I dont know. Is the store updated to the latest software? Does it give an error message? Are u sure you arent viewing a cached page?

thank for answering me back Karen, the version for the soholaunch program that i have is v4.9. r16 and doesn't **** any error. i just select the image that i want to delete go to updated files and the program is suppose to do it and return me bakc on the file manager menu and if i select the images folder again the imagen that i selected to delete still there.

Ok.. I think the latest version is r20. Run the update.. then if they still wont delete login to your account cpanel, go to file manager, public html and the image folder there and manually delet them.

Also you want to run the HELP file the yellow question mark.. second tab labeled IT and run all the diagnostics there including FIX MY PERMISSIONS.

i run for the last version r20 but i can't delete the images, the HELP file is on control panel or en soholaunch/

its on soholaunch ... round yellow button with a question mark.

Hi Kare!!!
i do the diagnostics and said that everyting is ok, i do the FIX MY PERMISIONS but i'm still with the same problem, i cant delete the images from the file manager and i can't rename any imagen. is this normal.
