Is possible to ad a second shipping charge in soho, that will enable only when my customers order above a certain quantity.

Well.. if you set up your shipping based on a flat rate table .. yes.. usually this is done by price rather than volume.

If you want more intristic shipping go to addons.soholaunch.com

These are not free.. but many times are well worth the low price.
