I have not been able to login to Soholaunch. I am so ready to start building my new site, and it looks easy once I login, but can't do that!!!! You think that would be the easy part? I tried http://loveitshop.com/sohoadmin. It didn't work. Can anyone help me?!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!          |

I thought administration automatically did that (reset your account), and that you only downloaded it if you weren't a BV user? That is what I got from the download Soholaunch thread. Now I am super confused. Do I need to do the download like everyone else then? * I understand the !!!!! It is a cry for help, Thank you for responding though(: I am not a computer person, and it is frustrating when you don't know how to even login. I have been trying to get started for 3 hours, so sorry for my extremely large cry! |

Yes you need to INSTALL it.. not download it.. cpanel, fantastico, soho .. install Resetting your account just dletes all the previously installed or uploaded files. They wont install it for you unless you ask them to. Karen

Oh. I didn't catch that when I was searching the forums. Seems easy enough. Thank you Karen, I knew you would have the answer. You helped me with my original website a couple years ago. |

I went into the fantastico, and found the Soho pro edition. I tried to put the admin password and user name that they gave me in the set-up e-mail, but the password was too long. Did I miss something? I didn't see any other soho options. I got it! Strangely, it was my old password, instead of the one they gave me via e-mail. |

You make new ones for soho.. you dont need your cpanel ones. You mke up your own .. make sure to write them down and your database info too. Karen
