Thread: How do I remove Soholaunch?

I have decided not to use to soholaunch. How do I remove it? I want to use a different script and need to remove it.

When attempting to remove soholauch through Fantisico. I recieved the following message:

Missing file - removal aborted
A necessary component needed for removal could not be found. Please remove this installation manually. Additionally delete:
- The MySQL database "mqtmygjy_sope1"
- The MySQL user "mqtmygjy_sope1"
- The Fantastico settings file "/home/mqtmygjy/.fantasticodata/Soholaunch Pro Edition/seattleareagroceries.com|"
The manual removal is done, remove this installation from the Fantastico registry.

How do I remove the installation manually?

Sounds like you are pretty much not up to the level of familiarity with Soho that doing this on your own requires, so I suggest you Submit a Support Ticket for some quick and capable assistance.

Sounds like you deleted the database and other files before asking how to remove it.

Well it was a while ago that I uploaded Soholaunch. I don't recall trying to remove it before this.

But I will submit a support ticket.
