Some time again, I installed SOHO and started some work on it. Recently I discovered that this was already published on the web. Does this all happen dynamically? Wanting to begin again, I went to the "Webmaster" tab and clicked on "Restart Quickstart Wizard". When I do this I am advised that this will clear the existing site. However, it does not. I have cleared off some individual pages and graphics, but info still shows on the site. 1. How do I clear the site and start again? 2. How do I control what is published to the web?
