Thread: Problem with Exports Products file

I need to do a % increase of all my products in my TheGemLovers Soho store. I exported the cart_products file to an excel sheet, but found all my variants columns where I expected to see prices which need changing mainly only contained code. Checking the file online in the store, I saw a 'decode' button at the top. Do I need to activate this before I export the cart_products file to see prices in all my variants columns in an Excel sheets?

You need to convert your Excel to CSV to "import" via COPY+PASTE in Soholaunch.

Or, you can purchase Cart Manager, a Soho-specific auto-loader for inventory data ... do a Google Search for one that suits your requirements.
