The language you use on your page is up to you, When you set your policy for example, you can type in any language.

How do I add multiple products at one time? I have 60 or so items and would like to be able to add them all at once.

Where are you trying to add them? To a category in the shopping cart.. or an outer page? on the menu?

And what do I do if I have 50 products that need to go on one page but there are only 48 boxes to add shopping to?

If you use soho drag and drop products you only have 30 per page anyway.. so id make two pages of 25 each or.. id make a custom page and link each product to the cart but with custom html include.

Delete it from the page or from the cart? If you want it off the page drag the trashcan to it.. if from the cart type the sku number in the search box of the edit products, or type in the NAME and then click the DELETE BUTTON that shows up next to it.
