form question

Hi

I have managed to put a form on my contact page www.spiderywriting.com/contact.html but the name part doesn't seem to work when you hold your mouse over it. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Your problem is that the "Name" text is covering half of the field (the left part). Strech it so it will not cover he field. the same goes for the email address, but in smaller extend.
