register problem

i have a problem with the register my members are having problems registering all that keeps coming up is "sorry, but this username has been disallowed" no matter what they try it comes up with the same thing!,what wrong

Hi artful... hopefully someone with some experience will come along soon to help you out with this. I do not have any experience with forums but there are quite a few on here that do. Good luck
