Smiley Installation works but can't delete?

I installed a smiley pak on a phpbb forum.I used FTP and drug them accross..They all uploaded and are there but when I go to delete some or any,I get this.

Template->make_filename(): Error - file admin/confirm_body.tpl does not exist

It does exist in person or image but how do I fix this?

I am not sure how to delete this so I will say I found out..

You have to be in sub-silver aka the defualt style to delete smilies or in this case, I did.

You can copy the confirm_body.tpl to your other style(s) so you don't have to switch back and forth all the time.
