How to Delete thread posts without removing user?

Hi, could anyone please tell me how to remove a post without deleting a user account? I find some threads quite rude in my forum and would like to remove them without necessarily deleting the user's account. How do I do that? thanks for your help!

Log in as Administrator, go to Admin panel, and "EDIT" threads by using the icons (can delete entire threads) shown at the bottom of each, or singly 'in-thread' using standard command icons.
