How can I add a header of my site in phpbb forum?

you need to edit the file called overall_header.tpl , this file location i think is in forum/templates/subSilver/overall_header.tpl.
you need to know what you are doing otherwise very easy to mess up everything.

you can you'se the overall_header.tpl and the overall_footer.tpl to cange text, colour,etc and add links.
your best bet is to vist http://www.phpbb.com/styles/ and download a style you like in to your bluevoda folder.
the best way and to a image to your forum is to open the images folder in the download, as long as you make the new image the same size (sometimes you can make it larger or small is abit hit and mis) as the original and save the new image the same as the original then just swop them over.
I have 5 different skins on my forum all of which i have changed.
