forum email

Hi,
First of all I got my account mostly for a forum that I'm hosting. I will add a simple start page later. Anyway the forum I set up will not send out any emails. When I tried to set up the emails like it said to do in the tutorials I didn't get any emails at all. If I leave it alone I at least get the emails in Horde, but it still wont send them out to forum members. Please help.
