Red face Configuration problem

Hello Friends
I have installed Phpbb 3.0 and i want to configure my forum but i cannot find the page where i can do the setting of this tutorial http://www.vodahost.com/DemoDemo/php...figuration.htm in my control panel. I guess this tutorial is for old version. Can anyone please help me how to do the configuration in new version or if there is any video tutorial for that. Or may be i m wrong, if so, where can i do that settings please.
Your help is much appreciated
Thank You

From your admin panel on the the left, under Board configuration you have a selection of links,
Attachment settings
Board settings
Board features
Avatar settings
Private message settings
Post settings
Signature settings
User registration settings
Visual confirmation settings
Welcome PM on First Login ( you won't have this one )

I have not had a chance to finish any of the tutorial but will have soon.
