red dots on the topics...(?)

Hi guys,

I have my new php3 forum and can't figure out what's the meaning of a red dot at the beginning of some topics. Some of them have them and some don't. Any ideas?

Here is one of the pages so you'll know what I mean:

(you'll see the dots at the "Auckland" and at the "website" topics only)
