Phbb Forum Video Tutorial is different from pre-install Phbb Forum

Please guide me. I am confused because when I installed Phbb Forum it was different Admin Panel compared to the Phbb Forum Video Tutorial. How to go with this? Can i install Phbb Forum same as to the Phbb Forum Tutorial so that i can easily follow the video instructions .
