forum database

hi. I just created a forum and when I try to go to it to set it up, I get the following window:

General Error

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Access denied for user 'mbxphfe_phpb1'@'localhost' (using password: YES) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

Can anybody help me? I've been stuck in this for 2 hours and I'm about commit suicide! A long time ago I created one and it worked without any problems.

You seem to have a database access problem.

Did you need to create a database, if so did you create a user with all permissions ?
