Yes you could do this on Vodahost DEDICATED SERVER (option B). You cannot do this on ANY standard hosting. You would pull too many resources from the server cpu and jeopardize not only other peoples accounts.. but be inviolation of most hosting providers Terms of Service agreements.

You cannot manage this on your own computer. Your isp wont allow it, your computer would act as server and everyone would be using your computer and resources.. and most likely wouldnt be enough to handle it. You need a dedicated server...maybe two to handle this.

You will need a monstrous amount of Disk Storage Space, and a whole lot
of tech know how to attempt what you are trying to do.

You are taking a very simplistic approach thinking all you need is a software and everything is going to be honky dory.

You will need a lot of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ as well.
