We want to start sending newsletters to our members (www.godhearme.org) . The question is : how to redirect the emails to open up the newsletter page without having the reader click a link to the page? Is this possible? Appreciate any inputs. Thanks. |

Assuming that you have a form which directs the emails to yourself, then put the newsletter page link in the success page space. Then when they submit, they will be taken to the newsletter page. |

Thanks, David. I think what you mean here is after they fill up a form to subscribe for the newsletter. Well, this is not what my situation but I could still your answer to that one. Thanks, anyway. What i mean is when we are sending out emails we want them to open up the newsletter page instead of the texts in the email. The receipient of the emails do not have to click a link to go to the newsletter page. Thanks. |

You have to create the newsletter in html, so that when they open it.. its a webpage.. however, any links you put inside it will open in on an actual website.. you cant link multiple pages.. so for instance say you wanted to put a duplicate of your website in the email .. example newsletter page.. any links in your navigation would open the browser to the actual website. oh no. that is not what i am asking about, but thanks, Karen. I appreciate it. what i want to do is to redirect the email reader to the newletter page. Like when i send out emails to our registered members, i want them to be redirected to the newletter page when they open up their emails. Of course, the newsletter page is already done. this is the link of the newsletter: http://www.godhearme.org/GHM/Newsletter010809.html If possible, i donot want to put links on the emails before they can open up the newsletter. I want them to open up this newsletter when they click to open up their emails. I appreciate any inputs. thanks. |

Then you need to send your emails using HTML and then you can insert the URL that you wish them to go to......................

Yes you can put a background and make a whole webpage in email. I dont know what you are using so.. it depends on the program. You do now that alot of isps will tos these off to spam, and alot of email programs wont allow them to open because of the risk of embedding viruses in html or .eml is very high? Karen
