Hey David I don't see the tips and tricks section above, and when I did check out the video tutorials again I don't see it saying anything about how to and forum to an iframe....please..please help

ok, I'm sry David, iframe did not what I want it to. It's not what I thought I meant. So my next question is could I save whats in my forum and move it over to phpNuke or will it all be deleted?

As I have no idea where its at now.........and have never used phpnuke, I am sorry that I cannot answer your question.
Try phpnuke forum about transfering a database.................
