how and where logo

I figured out how to get into the panel for changes to the community forum layout. Below is the code and I think I know where to put my information for a logo but I don't know how.

1. Where do I have to place my logo file to upload onto this forum?
2. How do I type in the language into the script and get it to upload?
3. Also, if I want to change the color of the sites background, can I replace the #FFFFFF with a color name or do I have to find out where there is a list of colors with the #letter reference?

Its not in this template or stylesheet.. in phpbb if you look you dont even need to edit the templates to add a header.
Look in your templates and styles and look for header section
