I wonder if anyone could help me. I don't know if anyone else is having trouble logging into cpanel. I thought it was because I let my domain expire but I just renewed it and I still cant get my email or access anything. Any help??          |

Could you provide more information... what is happening when you try to login.. does it say your information is incorrect, does it not load..etc

It just keeps going back to login . no error or anything. plus I can't publish any pages or anything to let my customers know somethings wrong. I was told if I let my main domain expire that it would not effect my account but i think it did. I renewed it but still does not work. I put a support ticket. Waiting for reply. |

Hi, No one else seems o have the same problem as you. Yes you can get help by submitting a suport ticket and informing them of your predicament. Nobody else can help you on this issue.

i am having the same problem...the same thing happened 2 wks ago...plus none of my sites are up...i sent a support ticket and they said it was 97% prob my firewall...no..it is at the server end...and its irritating... arn_old http://blueprints.gott-1.com |

Unless the page is just coming up blank or giving you a page cannot be displayed error, its a problem on your end. Try disabling your firewall, connecting directly to your modem (if you are using a router or hub), and possibly try a different browser.

If youve made repeated attempts at an incorrect login.. voda may block you. This is a security measure to prevent hacking attempts. put in a support ticket including yur ip and see if this is the case. Karen

well my issue was resolved. I don't know what voda did to resolve it but I guess these weird things happen in the web design world. Somethings need resolving right away and can get frustrating when they can't, but Blue voda is still the best do it yourself host/site builder in my opinion anyway... |

Hi I am getting exactly the same problem. I am clicking on the link to voda32 server and my browser and my explorer gives me a "cannot display the webpage". My pop3 email has stopped working and I need urgently to get into my control panel as I need to be up and running before start of business tmw. I has been like this since yesterday. I have put a ticket in. Tony |

just be patient. They will get it fixed for you. I know we sometimes need things done right away but it don't always work out that way.
