| I had a problem with my emal and tech support told me to check my Ip, username and password, I checked and all was right. and it Worked, jewelry@victorianrosebud.com . I did not have to change a thing, I log on today and it's not working again, and I have been trying to figure this out ALL day! Now I and major second guessing myself. My email worked just the other day, to and fro jewelry@victorianrosebud.com Now it’s not working, I had 3 email address in Round Cube, and one of the two worked, Now none work, so I added another hoping it would work also .. no go\I did the tutorial for Outlook Mail . When I logged it asked for my password I used the name I was assigned for Cpan an my current password for Outlook, still a no go, it comes right back for verification I went in and changed the password, I used my cPan password, so both the user name and password are from cPan and again it still does not work? I did the tutorial for Outlook email, I just can't get it !! I need help .. Please Aura |
