when i am editing my site some of the pics that showed before do not show up but if I go to preview the pis are there.
Does this mean that that the pics will show up once I publish or do I have a problem.

make sure the pictures you are trying to post are in one directory. sometimes when you save pictures, they are in different folders especially if you are using a purchased template. i had the same issue. i had to publish my site and then find out which pictures were missing. find the pictures and copy over to the "image" file of my site. when you save pictures a directory is created which sounds ok; but won't populate to your site once published. when you go to your image directory (assuming you purchased a templete) on the drop down at the bottom where is says file type, scroll to the bottom and select all files. all pictures in this file will be the ones that publish to your site. if the missing ones are not in there, simply find them on your computer and copy/paste into that file.

If you didn't use a template, and the images are still not showing up. I would try to republish using "publish all files". It refreshes the save on all the files instead of using "publish changed files" which I believe skips over the files of the names that already stored.

I believe sometimes the files may not be published correctly and it's best to refresh them if images aren't showing up. It has worked for me.
