Hey Forum

I posted a query a few days ago which seems to have disappeared!
The problem is that my site which was published last week (www.massasutra.com) seems to have all but disappeared with the exception of partial content from the index page. It was fine all last week, I don't understand, I have gone through all the links and file extentions, cleared my cache, deleted and republished and it's still the same.
I'm getting really desperate as my advert will be published in the newspapers this weekend with the website address. I haven't had any joy from customer support either, can anyone help please???!!

Any advice much appreciated.

Hi Nikola,

I've seen your page. It seems to be 1 page only. I've clicked on your both of your flash and it seems to direct only to another index page. I don't see your page header and other links. Like, About Us, Contact Us, Package, stuff like that.. If whatever you insert or created in your BV Builder, it should published. How many pages do your have in your webpage?

Thanks so much for your response. Apparently the not so supportive support team say they can see everything and they've left me on my own with this one! I have published 13 pages in total but the strange thing is that last week all was fine. I can access each page using the individual url and for example on the about_us page all the links on the nav bar work and direct to you the appropriate page. I published my index page using the clone method with the HTML boxes in each page to bring together the header/footer and left side column so I would think it has something to do with this but I have checked everything. All links are correct and verified, the html is on all pages all file extentions are correct, I have no idea what to do next. Any help would be much appreciated.

Suppose you can close this thread now (or delete it) as I have resolved the problem by changing the file extentions to php and it can all now be viewed. I'm still wondering how it was fine one minute and able to be viewed with html extentions then not the next........ Anyway, it would have been good to get at least some advice even if it was an obvious problem rather than have my posts deleted which pretty much aggrivated the whole situation. I know it must be pretty frustrating for you guys dealing with those of us who are not very techy minded and doing this for first time but from a customer point of view it's also pretty much frustrating not getting any support at all.
