Thread: Installation Question

I just upgraded my computer to Windows 7 from XP and am having some problems with blue voda. I already searched through forum and can not find help.
When I first downloaded blue voda it downloaded fine. I opened the program up than went to try and open one of my pages for my website and I get this error unexpected file format. I got this error for every single page I tried opening.

I than cleared my cache and cookies still got same message. Than I tried unstalling blue voda and installing again. Now I can't even get blue voda to install again. Every time it installs now i get this error unknown decompression error.

Does anyone have any idea why this is happening? I hope that all the work i have put into my 2nd site is not lost.

Thanks for the link. I downloaded the internet download manager and than i installed blue voda again. Still get the same error. I'm not sure what the problem is. I'm going to try installing it on my laptop and see if that works.

Try turning off your antivirus before the install.
