    Default Trying to understand BlueVoda

    Purchased and paid for everything.
Downloaded BlueVoda to my home computer
Built home page and saved as http://www.mywebsite.com/index.bvd
on my home page i inserted a menubar with Home Services About us.........
When you roll over Services there is a drop down menu with several items shown including Home Services
I built a Home Services page and saved as http://www.mywebsite.com/home_services.bvd

In my drop down menu on my home page for Services I entered the URL to link to http://www.mywebsite.com/home_services.html

When I go to preview or verify links it does.nt work Receive a 404 error on a page.

Since I have not yet published my website in BlueVoda am I correct in assuming every page I have created and saved and every link I've created are only on my home computer and not visible in my BlueVoda dedicated server?

    Hi,

This is correct, until you have published the pages they are on your home computer only and the hyperlinks will not work properly. Once published the links will become active.
