When I endeavour to use the Blue FTP (from the Blue Voda web designer facility, the pop up which appear on ones screen requires a Uname and Pword, which UN and PW are these, my cpanel ones dont work. Thank you          |

You are correct in what you are doing. Is the IP set to the right number/address at the top of this pop up?
