Default Additional Options on Pay Pal buttons

not sure if this is possible - but Paypal only provides (2) options on the add to cart button - on some of my items I need 4 - is it possible to add code to make more options available.

No, paypal will not recognize the additional options.

You can create your own code though, that will add to the product description, the additional options. However this would require Javascript programming.
