if i have more than one item to sell on a page of my website, do i need to make a buy now button for every item? if anyone can get back to me i appreciate it

Yes ... PayPal requires a unique individually coded button for each item in order to process instructions for each specifically coded transaction.

Please review the Blue Voda PayPal Tutorials and the more detailed instructions on the PayPal Website.
