Long time no see!.....glad to see your back to the stompin' grounds...lol

Yeah the weekend was busy...I was working on my new site and travelling about the island. Take a look at the new site and tell me what you think...it's still got a ton of work but I don't want to rush it and really do a bang up job with it.

Yeah...I loved that movie...I seemed to be behind in my movie days...ahhh the good ole days when I would play hookie and go to a movie with friends...lol...just saw the Island...love Ewan McGregor...I thought it was good but I'm an odd one and love chase scenes and car crashes - action movies and comedies anyday over the sentimental stuff...got too much of that in real life....lol

Awww..thanks...I'm gald someone enjoyed the recipe...wasn't sure anyone used them...I do havea few more but I seem to have stuck my finger in too many pies and haven't gotten around to adding more recipes....lol

Thanks Rob...Irecently did some private tours and found I had a knack for it and with my contacts from working in the industry I have the staff I need to do it well so I decided to give it a go...lol

Actually the truth is I also made a dinner of coated chicken breast with a chicken/cream cheese sause, rice and peas...and that was too much to have dessert....Jim and I just sat there staring at the tiny tarts Id made and the vanilla ice cream in the freezer he had brought home...pout...
thats the living truth.....SOOOOOO there both there in the fridge!...lol
