POP3 e-mail problem

Hey!

We seem to be having some problems with our e-mails (sending and receiving). Our e-mails work perfectly one day but then the other they don't.

My partner forwarded an e-mail to me this morning while I was on the phone with him and I did not receive it. I waited and waited. But when he tried to send it with his personal hotmail account I got it in less then 5 seconds.

Yes, our accounts are all set up right.
