I know for a fact everything is purrrrrfect all the time on St. John!! Not like me, here woofing it in VodaLand....

(Unless the ferry broke down on grocery day, or someone stayed too long at the infamous beach.....or was that St. Maarten?)

you silly cat you, i live in Dallas, TX and IF i was on the island of St. John right now, you would be correct.....it would be NO PROBLEM, MON!!! I would snorkel away my problems and sip my favorite rum drink under the setting sun!!! LOL

Let's just say that my son's principal called. He got into a bit of trouble...nothing too criminal.....and other "life things" too, all kinda boiled over on the same day....including ants invading the kitchen due to the drought here....but today is a new day! I still love that avatar! I would like a large version of it to put on my bulletin board!

What new avatar looks the same as the last one,

On to the Avatar thingy... my new avatar is of my dog jabis ... he is smiling in this pic, though he does have red eye ... I told him to throw the bong away, but he just wont listen ... sighhhh, I wonder if they have a pet detox center?

I have been nearing the meltdown stage the past 2 weeks....for some reason, I am piling up a tremendous amount of pressure, feeling very overwhelmed.

I am spending too much time doing other people's job, and not my own, and it is beginning to show. I'll be cutting back on everything, I think, trying to pull it in.....

(I will change my avatar now and again, though....just to keep some kind of "presence". Hold the fort, so to speak!)

The heat is killer!!! not sure...think we are at about 45 consecutive (sp) days at over 100 degrees and no measurable rain! it's like a slow moving earthquake---everything cracking, shifting, falling down! Even the ants are rebelling!!!!LOL

What used to be around $1000-2000/ct retail is now around $2200-3400/ct, and pretty scarce for the good stuff.
I would be cautious about buying in Asia.....too many opportunities to be taken!

(Really nice stones -4 to choose from- about $4900 best price for the stone...and since I have my corp. offices in FL, were I to send one out youd have to pay tax...Sorry!)
