That is the "Templates" and "Customer Support" etc.... How do they open up?

In Blue Voda, they connect via your browser directly to the Support areas named in the buttons. Since you have posted here in VodaTalk, it is assumed you have an internet connection, but these buttons will only work when connection is available, not necessarily 'turned on' (plugged in, ready to go).
