Can anyone tell me what kind of car this is?

1933 Chevrolet Eagle master deluxe sedan

This photo of a wrecked car was in my Grandpa's things, and was taken in his garage in Iowa.
I knew there had been a wreck involving a Packard, and was trying to see if this wa the same car.
But, I think this was the family sedan...
I appreciate the ID - how did you know?

I have a pal who is kind of into these cars, so I emailed him and he sent it back, complete with a picture ... I just knew he would know .... he deserves the credit .... he's always a great help ... I can't take the credit for that, I did know it wasn't a horse and buggy .... lol
