Thread: Friday 13th

today is friday the 13th so.....

dont let black cats cross your path
dont walk under any ladders
dont put up an umbrella whilst indoors
dont put new ***** on a table top
and any other nonsense that is particularly applicable on this date.

in fact... don't even get about of bed, its bound to lead to a bad day however... if you want to goto the pub and have drink tonight that is acceptable. just make sure its one where you wont get in a fight or loose all your money in a fruit machine

LOL, I've always found Friday the 13th to be a lucky day - so hopefully it will continue to be so - have a couple more hours before it hits here :)

A couple drinks at the pub does sound good, doesn't it?

Fixes:

If you happen to have a black cat croos your path.. Kick the f*** out of it.
If you happen to walk under a laddar.. look back, if it has a painter on top of it.. kick it.
If you must open an umbrella indoor.. do it inside the fridge.
If you feel like putting your ***** on the table.. go for a walk in the backyard first, you might get lucky and step on a dog poo.

Carlos! I have a feeling it's people like you that make Friday the 13th unlucky for:
1. Black Cats
2. Painters on Ladders
3. Poor Umbrellas
4. The Dog that will get yelled at.

lol Cindy.. I made Friday the 13th equally scary for all the things that scare us.. You see, After reading my post:

1. Cats will be emailing each other: It's Friday the 13th.. Don't walk accross anyone path or you'll have the f*** kicked out of you.
2, Painters will be emailing each other: It's Friday the 13th.. Avoid working on laddars or you'll end up ass over tits and an expensive wheelchair.
3. Umbrellas email would say: It's Friday the 13th... Get stuck.
4. Dogs will just simply say it's Friday the 13th.. look at each other and say: "No ****..!!".

All I have to say is Thank God Friday the 13th is now over....It's 12:01am and time to hit the hay!

Sometimes under the ladder is the right choice. quicker!
I like to test my umbrella before I go out in the rain!
If my new ***** are clean, they will be placed anywhere...

Ive found that luck good or bad is something of our own creations.

I'm like Bethers, well kind of, Friday the 13th does not seem to crumble me, but look out on Saturday, the 14th, always my unlucky day ....

Man oh man....Here I thought all day yesterday was the 13th and it's actually today! Is this considered unlucky??? lol

I don't know, Beth.... 13th, 14th..15th...I guess with all the traveling, I don't know what day it is anymore!!

On the side....I don't believe in superstitous stuff anyway. I believe things happen for a reason. If good stuff happens, thats great! If bad stuff happens, find the opportunity or the good in it. Ok, call me miss positive!! I get acused of that all the time!

welll, im with ivanhoe but id rather not take the chance.... beeen to the pub and kassi wasnt there to get the drinks in , completely ratfaced but i guess i should log out in case i get in trouble from stafff, friday the 13th worked ok for me, didnt get up til 4pm then started drink.. any excuse LOL.... where is CL, i neeed her right now LOL

No joke but I've accually walked under a ladder today, saw 2 black cats outside while jogging!!! DUM DUM DUMMMM .. haha

I seee 4 black cats every day, never makes the slightest bit of difference... i think friday 13th might be a scam LOL... where is CL?
