Liverpool 3 - 1 Aston Villa - great game, nice to see Liverpool back to looking something like their usual selves. Perhaps the critics will lay off Luis-Garcia now seeing as how he played superbly and got his name on the score sheet.

Hi - well, they do have some great players:

Nuno Valente,
Deco,
Pauleta,
Nuno Gomes. . . .

They did pretty well in this year's World Cup - putting England out along the way. Perhaps in the next tournament in 2010.

They were great at getting the ball, they just couldn't put it away, and the dives were not convincing enough!
