Lady!! You did this to me on purpose didn't you!! lol Enough with the rhyming already.....HELP ME..... I am not good at those and it seems like all the threads are ending up in rhymes.

WHERES THE TEA BILL!! I need a cup NOW!!! Ladyeye is driving me buggy up the wall!!

I know I started one of the rhyming games but I really wish i hadn't now as all i have is rhyming going on in my head and i couldn't get to sleep last night because of it. Argggghhhh!! Thanks goodness for the tea room. Just enought time to put my feet up and relax.

lol .... the sleep time has already come and gone for me ... it's a new day here .... lol ....... if you lived here you woudn't have to worry at all, you'd have missed it ...

A full English Breakfast will take me a good 20 minutes to make for you...(a bit too much for me, unless it's more like a brunch!)

Pity-parties forsaken....each day is a new set of challenges, and there are times I sincerely miss being "involved" and playing hookey to stay home and play......too much tension recently, and not actively socializing or other distractions makes for a real rut at times....

Yes I hear you, no pity, only wishing you resolve your issues quickly, without further delay.

English Breakfast "Tea" ... is what I was referring to ... leave it to you Vasili to come up with the "whole spread" ....

Another day of rain here, "showers of blessings" I suppose, we've been blessed all week, lol .... sure makes for a dim day anywhere ....

No, not really......rain can be refreshing, if not a method to slow us down, to give us pause....like to have time to make breakfast, to enjoy the fragrance of love....or to just be amazed at the steam rising from your cup of tea, cradled in your hands so gently as you gaze comfortable and secure in a warm home at the drizzle painting the morning soft....simple moments to cherish forever....the only sound to remind you that it's not a dream is your breath and the thumping of your heart.....it's neat to see the hem of God's cloak as he moves behind the seen, isn't it?

awe yes, to see the bright when it is dim ... that's the Vasili I've come to know ... "keep your glow" - not meaning glomanias condoms either, lol

Today I am making a seafood chowder complete with haddock, shrimp, scallops, lobster, plenty of creme & butter, and a spinach salad too.

All vodaliens are invited .... sound fishy? lol

Careful, delicate one, there's sharks in them there waters! Munch a bunch! LOL

I am astounded at why there is nobody alongside you to do it "just because"....

well .... I've fed the sharks :)
And no I am not you know what either, in case you wonder or not.

Same here, my favourite Lobster and Prawn with some good wine to wash it all down...lol

I had a friend, well I still have a friend, but she married a fisherman and she does not like fish, they have since parted, not for that reason but too funny eh, or should I say sounds kind of fishy ... lol

Tis a tradition is one of our Maritime Provinces, Newfoundland to be exact, that you may get "Screeched In" on your arrival ... to be |"screeched in" means. ....

1) You must down a shot of their "Golden Elixir" - Newfoundland Screech (rum)

2) Eat a piece of their bread (which is hard, called Brews) or their salt fish (salty salty kipper I think)

3) And Kiss a Cod Fish

And if you are lucky all this treatment is provided to you by a man dressed as a woman who they call the "CodFather" lol

A whole lot of fun ..... lol ........... yes, I've been "Screeched In" - oh yeah, I have the Official Certificate from the Royal Order of Screechers and am now a Newfoundlander too, lol.
