take a look at this. The automatic bollards were installed on certain roads in Manchester to only allow buses, mail vans, ambulances etc in a bid to control traffic. Some people just try to beat the system.

lmao so funny i live in manchester and was readin about this the other day , but what the vid doesnt realy show is the great big neon flashin signs sayin for busses only etc the thickos
