There HAVE been times, however, where I "tempered" the stalemate with a comment or two, giving the other the opportunity for "the last word" but I'm too stubborn to cave into falsehood or BS "just because"......too bad! I might have gotten further if I played social games better, huh? It's probably why I was always being accused of walking away rather than staying to continue with the argument....before I said something brutal or that I would regret later...

Have you ever purposely NOT let someone cut in front of you, even though it meant putting the other driver at risk (them cutting in "late" to the point of possibly hitting a barrier or something unless they snuck in?)???

That's good Cindy, yeah I've been running all different angles lately, and of course xmas shopping, there are some great buys out there right now, lol, oh my, hard to resist. I really dislike shopping too early though as I then have far too much time to think about it, and change my mind so often, lol ........... oh my ....... I make a much better "last minute shopper", much better without all the time. lol


Guilty .... I would say yes because even though I may not have had a personal experience or story to tell, the example of how the point is made would need to be told ....

I am always purposely transparent when making such "observations" as I always get into trouble anyway, so might as well be up front about it!

Have you ever not finished a project that meant a lot to yourself without even a half-acceptable excuse, only to anguish for an extrordinary time afterward?

Gulity, many times.........I've found the best thing is to simply be noticably humorous about it, deflecting any doubt about the cause! LOL
(Worse is catching trousers on a corner or screw in a chair and ripping/splitting your pants wide open, exposing everything freely.....makes you want to tie your coat around your waist like a kid! LOL)

Actually, I want to go back about raising the prices on people acording to attitude......yes, I do it selectively, as not only is there an "aggrivation factor" on some deals, but honestly, I can tell when a transaction is going to be more problematic that it is worth.....some people telegraph their true intent quite clearly. Since my pricing is so incredible in the first place, there is a lot of room to move upwards and still be competitive. And I am famous for actually telling people to take their business elsewhere, that I am not the one to serve them to satisfaction. Whatever. Be honest with me, and you'll be treated with peerless service and unbeatable pricing - try to screw me, and you'll die before you hit the floor! No middle ground.....
