Hope you do not mind me asking you this. Your signature with the butterfly, I do not want to copy you, but where can I find something similar to this. I love it and think it is brilliant so would love to have this kind of signature on my emails to clients, maybe with flowers or something like that since I have flowers on every web page.

I really do not make the signatures, I tried a couple of times then Halloween came, and busy at the store...anyhoo thanks Sharon. My email is not working properly so LeAnn you probably didn't not receive my email. The lady who makes the sigs is at http://www.fancysignatures.com/ this is where I buy mine. She makes the best....I think I own every one....lol. This is so coincidental because it just so happens that a week ago I ordered a couple of sigs for a few gals here on the forum, and they arrived last night, unfortunately the only who was able to receive theirs was Holly. (sisters yak on the phone, so I posted it through my website) Will try to learn more about the sigs and make some LeAnn you will be first on my list........ Cookings all done.... now Ive gotta figure the menu today...hmm..maybe something with chicken...OH...flatten chick breasts, spread with hot honey mustard, sprinkle italian seasoning over that, then place a nice chunk of cream cheese on that with bacon and asparagus, roll into a lil loaf, roll in bread crumbs and bake...that sounds nice....

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

This is one of our all-time favorite recipes! I saved it from a newsgroup or forum posting years ago, but was recently told it was from the cookbook, "The Sugar Reef Carribean Cookbook," by Devra Dedeaux. See the Amazon link to the right to learn more about the cookbook (used copies should be available).
1 tablespoon Ground allspice
1 tablespoon Dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground sage
3/4 teaspoon Ground nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Garlic powder or fresh
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Soy sauce
3/4 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 Lime juice
1 Scotch bonnet pepper (habanero)
3 Green onions -- finely chopped
1 cup Onion -- finely chopped
4 to 6 chicken breasts

Holy, I can't find the chicken for all those spices ... how many tums do you take before hand ... lol ...... actually though, it sounds delicious, that is alot of ingredients, oh my, my cooking & baking skills are very limited, that recipe looks like alot of work, but then so is a blueberry cake, lmao, ... So we would have escargots in garlic butter of course, seafood chowder, complete with haddock, shrimp, lobster, lobster paste, scallops, potatoes, celery, onions, butter & milk & creme, spinach salad with real mushrooms & bacon with an oil & vinegar dressing, french bread, and white wine .... and when it comes to dessert, well you are on your own .... but with all of that, we wouldn't need dessert, however, I would urge you to bring your blueberry cake .. yum ....

DONT!...I love seafood!...its my absolute favorite. Chinese my favorite foods!...just found a new dish "crispy shrimp with orange peel"...oh my god its so wonderful!

so any way, the orange is a subtile flavor just adds a nice flavor to the sauce...similiar to General Tso Chicken in flavor but with coated shrimps.
I once had a seafood fest...oh that was a good one, everything from the sea, and the leftovers went to chowder to die for!...lol.

Oh I miss the days of retrieving these delicasies from the very ocean they lied in ... used to scuba dive in my younger days, would be nothing to bring up 100 lbs or so within an hour ... awe ... those were the days, let me tell u!!

I have noticed that the seas are struggling to keep the wild bugs alive and grow as large as they used to be. I worked in a seafood department and the prawns that I used to stuff were large enough to saddle up and ride! The have seemed to all go down a size...sad very very sad

Yes,. yes, the grandaddys are no more, too much civilized cultivation, too many hands in the pot, too much reaping and not enough time to replenish ... it is sad ...

No I can not imagine...I was in shock... I have never made it I went to the Caribbean Corner and have had it there. and then James (Jamaican) that has made it for me, I would never try when I had all that around me...lol.....cant compete.

It's mighty spicy

Jamaican Jerk Chicken

This is one of our all-time favorite recipes! I saved it from a newsgroup or forum posting years ago, but was recently told it was from the cookbook, "The Sugar Reef Carribean Cookbook," by Devra Dedeaux. See the Amazon link to the right to learn more about the cookbook (used copies should be available).
1 tablespoon Ground allspice
1 tablespoon Dried thyme
1 1/2 teaspoons Cayenne pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons Ground sage
3/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons Garlic powder or fresh
1 tablespoon Sugar
1/4 cup Olive oil
1/4 cup Soy sauce
3/4 cup White Vinegar
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 Lime juice
1 Scotch bonnet pepper (habanero)
3 Green onions -- finely chopped
1 cup Onion -- finely chopped
4 to 6 chicken breasts



So maybe we should eat all of this ourselves!!
