So I am assuming you have your web hosting account, have received your user login for your control panel and your password ....

go into your blue voda web builder, go to tool and connect through the ftp there ... using your login and password there ...

If you cannot connect, try downloading the latest version of the blue voda webbuilder, found here in my signature ....

all should be good .....
